Cavani fancies England move United and Chelsea both linked with deadly striker

Uruguay and PSG powerhouse Edinson Cavani has put several Premier League clubs on red alert- with his agents currently in London to discuss a possible summer move to England. Cavani is currently out of action with a thigh injury which could rule him out of PSG's champions league clashes with Bayer Leverkusen, and has been considered a success in France. cavani 29 jpg?itok= CMM59dw

However, he is unsure about a future there and continues to look unhappy as he is forced out to wide role often to make way for Zlatan Ibrahimovic. He had been rumoured with a move to Manchester United last month with David Moyes contacting Laurent Blanc about the availability of the striker. United remain keen on the 26 year old but Chelsea are also sniffing around. Both clubs have a similar list of targets, with The Blues also looking at Bayern Munich striker Mario Mandzukic and Atletico Madrid's Diego Costa. The price tag for Cavani will not warn Chelsea off. PSG will want to make a profit on the £54million they spent on the striker just last summer. Arsenal could also be in the hunt for Cavani, as they consider that calibre of player but have other names higher on their list as they look for a backup striker for frenchman Olivier Giroud, who has developed greatly this season for The Gunners. United will consider offers for Mexican Javier Hernandez over the summer, with Borussia Dortmund amoung those interested, while qualification for the Champions League could still have an effect on the future of Robin Van Persie. Chelsea will surely sell Demba Ba over the summer to make room for Cavani, while Samuel Eto'o and Fernando Torres may also be looking for moves away from the club.
