Tap's Trailers: Tammy

Dougy hit me up a couple weeks ago on chat asking me if I saw the latest Melissa McCarthy trailer... He explained it is official she jumped the shark. I am willing to agree to a degree. It seems like McCarthy is playing the same character over and over again. Unless the teaser trailer does not show everything here, it just seems like the same tired character we have been seeing from McCarthy since Bridesmaids. Why can't she do a romantic comedy or something serious? As for the cast, it also stars Susan Sarandon, Toni Collette, Mark Duplass, Dan Aykroyd and Kathy Bates. I want to see a little more from this movie before going yay or nay on it.
