Chelsea have been handed a boost with the news striker Fernando Torres is back in training after recovering from a knee injury.
Torres picked up the injury during Chelsea's 3-1 win over Manchester United last month and Mourinho said after the game that the striker was looking at a few weeks on the sidelines. That has turned out to be the case and thankfully for Chelsea, the Spanish star has not suffered any setbacks with his recovery and could be back in action sooner rather than later. The Chelsea players returned to training on Wednesday following Monday night's win over Manchester City and the club have confirmed that Torres was among them. Mourinho will now be hoping that Torres can stay injury free over the remaining 14 games of the season as Chelsea battle with Arsenal and City for the title.
