NYFW Day6 - Pale and Bold-
On day 6 at NYFW I was definitely wearing the brightest and boldest look of the entire week. When I put together this outfit, I can assure you I didn't have in mind "valentine's day"chromatic inspiration. I wanted to wear this combination for a while now and I also wanted to stay warm as this season had the most incredible cold winter in years... So you can notice that I'm wearing lots of layers.
Definitely the biggest challenge at this Fashion Week was the battle between staying warm and the look that I wanted to wear.

Finally a first post from NYFW!!!
My first day in NY and also first day of Fashion Week was such a blast. The day has started with the powerful Max Azria runway show and ended with Erin Fetherson fabulous presentation ( in between I also saw the Marissa Webb show stopper and Jay Godfrey presentation). A recap of my favorite looks from all the shows and presentations will follow in the next days.
Now a few words about my outfit: I was wearing a black overalls (I have a jumpsuit/ overalls crush moment right now and you'll see a few more soon) paired with a floral biker jacket, a turtleneck striped top and a green coat.

Pastels Behavior
Bundle-up is the word of the moment.
Whether I like it or not I have to adapt to the current weather. Is true that I have started for a while to dream of Spring ( and also making plans, outfits plans) I still love the snow and I'm happy as a child when is snowing.
So here I'm with another winter look inspired by soft Spring colors with a side of polka dots prints!

Opposites Attract
The cold weather successfully has kept me away for skirts, dresses and bare legs... but hey, this is winter and I love it with all the good and down sides. So after a long period of time not wearing some of my favorite feminine pieces, is time to change something. I said "hold on"to pants and "Hello" to this beautiful skirt from Lulu's.com ( my list of favorite/ timeless pieces from their website, couldn't end without a very feminine piece).
