Sportandfashion-news's Gym Song of the Day: Friday March 7th

Honestly, I mismanaged my time today. Do not really know how or why it happened this way, but it did. Occasionally on Friday, this will happen. I am going to try something new today and tell me if it works. If you do not like it, we will probably not do it, but if you do, we will try to throw it in as much as we can.

 Contrary to belief, I go to the gym five days a week. Monday through Friday, I am in there for an hour. I listen to music, sweat more than most people should and avoid talking to anyone including the opposite sex because I smell awful and I am not at the gym to hold court (I realize how fake tough that makes me sound, but seriously I hate talking at the gym). Here's my song from the gym, Pharrell's Number One featuring Kanye West. This song gets slept on in so many different ways. The song is great and needs to be played more often. Have a good Friday.

Well listen to this one before it gets taken down again. We had this locked and loaded to go for First Taste, and the YouTube overloads took it down. It made another appearance on YouTube today so we are posting it for the nightcap. This song will be a hands down hit. It will easily be a contender for an early song of the Summer. I am trying to decide whether I enjoy this more than 'Get Lucky.' Man, you do not want to think in the moment, but I feel like this could really grow on me into one of my radio favorites by April or May because this will be something the radio stations will over play and I will perfectly okay with that one. Grammy's Big Hats = Big Social Media Jokes

I do not know when it started, maybe with Oreo's during the Super Bowl blackout, but companies are starting to loosen up a bit on social media. It is a refreshing thing to see because too often, we see everyone act so uptight with just referring to their brand instead of stepping outside the box for it. Pharrell Williams had a great night winning multiple awards with Daft Punk including Producer of the Year for himself. Williams can do whatever he wants, but he wore this ridiculous hat.  Arby's made a funny at his expense....
