Arsenal could make an audacious bid to sign Wilfried Zaha from Manchester United this summer,SportsDirect Newsunderstands.
The 21-year-old, currently on loan at Cardiff City, has become unsettled at Old Trafford this season after seemingly failing to make an impression on United manager David Moyes. Signed by Moyes' predecessor Sir Alex Ferguson, Zaha had emerged as one of the country's top talents during his time at previous club Crystal Palace, when United edged out Arsenal for his signature last January. However, the Gunners could still look to land their man as Arsene Wenger senses an opportunity to pounce on Zaha's uncertain situation with the Red Devils. The England international is already thought to be considering a permanent move away from United for next season, and Moyes could be ready to listen to offers for the player whom he has so far shown no intention of using as part of his first-team squad. A host of other clubs are likely to be in for Zaha as well, and United may well try to avoid selling the youngster to one of their more direct rivals.
